Thanks for the great service with Newcastle Car & Truck Rentals. Having the insurance included and the free tolley was an absolute bonus. The sheepskin cover on the driver's seat made the experience all the more pleasurable (well apart from having to change gears). Once on the freeway, the drive was just as comfy as being in my own car. This is our third truck rental with NCTR and I would have no hesitation in recommending Newcastle Car & Truck Rentals to anyone. Excellent service with a minimum pricetag. Quotes received from airport based companies were almost twice what we paid to Newcastle Car & Truck Rental as we took advantage of the Early Bird Discount and received a free upgrade to boot! Caught the bus from Newcastle Airport, approx 40 mins, cost $4.80. Dropped us about 3 min walk from the depot. The recent model vehicle was in excellent condition and we travelled approx 2000klms in 7 days, incident free. All communication, both online and on site was efficient and very helpful.
We will certainly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again.

The staff are friendly, efficient and quick. Pick up is a couple of minutes signing the rental and the credit card slip. Drop off is not much more than handing over the keys.
