COVID-19 Restrictions:

At this time, we WILL NOT allow our vehicles to travel to: the Central Coast, Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, regional NSW, interstate or to any other area currently ‘Locked down’, under a ‘Stay at Home Order’ or affected by COVID-19. We DO NOT authorise our vehicles to go to these areas.


Our vehicles may only travel inside the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton and Muswellbrook area. We DO NOT authorise our vehicles to go out of these areas.


If you were planning to travel into or out of these areas with your upcoming booking, please reschedule.

Staff and Customer Wellbeing

We've upped our cleaning standards to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff. We also have strict procedures for daily operation of our sites.

QR code Covid check-in and check-out, social distancing, the wearing of face masks and contact free payment (no cash) are mandatory at all times for anyone visiting our sites (including staff) for any reason.


Our Covid19 Cleaning Protocol

Thoroughly clean and disinfect the following with products that are effective against COVID-19 before and after each hire:

  • Steering wheel, steering column controls and driver console area.

  • Center console, cup holders, touch screen, radio controls and climate control areas. 

  • Rear view mirror and glovebox. All air conditioning vent exhausts in the vehicle.

  • All door handles, lock/unlock controls, window controls, windows and door jambs.

  • All seats, seat belt buckles, seat adjustment controls/ handles and headrest.

  • Vehicle is then thoroughly vacuumed or vinyl flooring is wiped.

  • All cargo area touch points and handles.

  • Exterior is cleaned with detergent and water.
